To purchase a product, visit one of our partner stores: Handango, PocketGear or Smartphone.net. Shortly after you buy our products through one of our online retail partners, you will receive email instructions from us on how to obtain your personalized Registration Code and complete the registration process. You will receive a Registration Code via email from us or our retailers when your purchase is completed successfully. You will use the Registration Code to upgrade a product to its full version.
Your copy of an installed product has a unique Product ID. It is important that you provide the Product ID correctly because the Registration Code you receive will work only with that Product ID. Note that Product IDs are case-sensitive. You can find the Product ID in the 'About' screen. Once you have the Registration Code, you will enter it into the 'Register...' screen along with your name. You can verify whether the registration has succeeded by going back to the 'About' screen and see if it now shows that you are the registered owner.
For a PC-based product (e.g., Jeyo Remote), you will have to obtain a new Registration Code from us if you reinstall the Windows operating system on it because the Product ID will change under this circumstance. Email us at support@jeyo.com if you need a Registration Code to be reissued or cannot locate your current code.
