A: Yes. The purchase of Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook entitles you to run it on up to three machines. E-mail our support alias (support@jeyo.com) the product ID's from these machines from the e-mail address with which you registered and we will send you additional keys.
Q: Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook won’t send my Chinese/Arabic/other unicode SMSs.
A: Check to make sure that your PC is using the character set that you intend to send from your phone. The Extender does not support automatic translation of character sets between your PC and Phone.
Q: I purchased Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook and registered it but it is now telling me that my trial has expired.
A: The registration key provided when you purchased the Extender is specific to your hardware and software configuration. If you re-install windows or wish to use the Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook on another machine you will need to obtain a new registration key. Please e-mail our support alias telling us your new Product ID and we will send you a new key.
Q: Why won't Jeyo Mobile extender for Outlook synchronize my MMSs?
A: Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook doesn’t currently support MMSs, only SMSs.
